8th Annual Event in 2024 from Harwich Runners with profits from this event going to the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance.

10km measured and certified course. Fast course using the lanes of the old Essex 20 course.

Entry Limit - 750.

Affiliated £10 / Unaffiliated £12. 393 & 433 finished in 2016 & 2017 respectively.

Junior 2km will be held at 10.00am.
