GBRC Friday Night 5 part of Friday 5 Series – Supported by East of England Co-Op.
The Friday 5 Series is a popular series of 6 open races (south Suffolk / North Essex) from end of May to start of July each of approximately 5 miles in length, all held during the summer on Friday evenings. These races are always family friendly and are a great way to spend a summer’s evening. Prizes are awarded to individuals and teams at each race, and also for the series as a whole (based on a points system).

Entry fees
- £12 – members of UKA affiliated athletics club
- £14 – non-members of UKA affiliated athletics club
- £14 – on the night entry fee – affiliated
- £16 – on the night entry fee – unaffiliated (Between 6-7 pm only if there are any spare places left after online entry closes)
The Race Limit is 500, on the night entry will only be available if spaces remain after the online entry. Online entry will close at midnight on Sunday 30th June.
