The popular 5K handicap series organised by Tiptree Road Runners returns to Maldon Promenade Park for 2018. A series of 5K handicapped races. The handicap system means that the slowest person starts first. Each entrant estimates their finish time and gets a handicap based on that time. This should ensure that everyone finishes together.

The fast and slightly undulating course makes this event ideal for setting a new 5k PB, and it’s great too for beginners or those simply looking for a short evening run.

Entry Cost 5k - £2.50 affiliated / £3 unaffiliated per event or £10 for whole series. Entry Limit 250.
