One lap, mainly on grass with a few stretches of tarmac, but it is possible to run the whole route on grass though.
It's a fairly flat course with some undulations to keep it interesting. It's even more interesting in the winter months. The car park is adjacent to the start/finish area and the cafe is by the lake. We usually go ahead when it's snowing or icy as we can keep off the paths.
