Entry Forms

Senior Men and Women

Saturday 1 March at 2pm for both races.

Venue: Melbourne Park, Chelmsford.

Entry fees: men £12 per team. Women £9 per team.

Entries close 14 February.

Entries to Howard Williams, 84 Tyelands, Billericay, Essex CM12 9PB

Men - FOUR laps of @3.5 miles

Women - THREE laps of @3.5 miles

SEPARATE forms for each event please.

Team declarations at least 15 minutes before start of event.

All runners MUST have Essex qualifications either by residence or birth. Runners must be at least 17 years of age on the day.

Club colours MUST be worn.

Clubs must provide a marshal, who must report in by 1:30 on the day.

Results

Veteran Men and Women (men over 40 and women over 35)

Sunday 6 April after young athletes relays (see below).

Venue: Abbey Fields, Colchester

Entry fees: not sure - will ask Howard.
